We deliver assembly lines for low-volume production to high-volume production. Low-volume production solutions are often used for development, product verification (R&D) or low-volume rare drug production.

Each assembly step in the production line is verified. In addition, we offer integrated in-line process control processes, which comply with the ISO standard or other customer specific testing requirements ensuring a safe delivery.

New Low-volume Solution

Automationspartner offers a compact low-volume final assembly solution for autoinjectors. The robotic solution has a small footprint and is flexible in its design, making it suitable for rare drug production or low-volume production for clinical trials.

The flexibility of the machine makes sure that future needs can be met quickly and cost effectively. With only minor programming and retooling, adaptions to fit other autoinjector devices can be made at low cost. Compared to a bench-top assembly solution, the robotic solution offers high production rates and flawless precision. Only one operator is needed to refill the machine with components from trays.
