When moving to our new facilities in November, we are investing in a new 3-axis milling machine to complement our 6-axis machine and increase our capacity. Having the possibility to produce parts in-house gives us better control of the part manufacturing lead times in our projects.
Our operations support department can also prioritize spare parts to give our customers even better service.
When conducting pre-studies (Proof of Concept, PoCs) for our customers, we can quickly make changes and new parts if needed which is often the case in development work. Pre-studies made with parts that have the same tolerances and quality as in the future machines is an advantage. We always aim to test under conditions as closly to high volume production as possible in our lab.
